Justin Goss has been a business owner for thirty years. That road hasn't been all wins — he's driven through his share of adversity, and it shaped how he runs things today: steady, practical, and focused on what actually works.
His background is in insurance sales, working across multiple carriers and building relationships in a wide range of industries. That experience led him to the technology side of employee benefits, where he now serves as Chief Operations Officer of The Blue Orange Solutions, helping brokers and employers get enrollment platforms built, connected, and supported by real people.
He's also COO of PlatPro Enterprise, a payroll, HR, and accounting platform for employer groups — and one of its developers. He writes code as well as he reads a P&L, which comes in handy more often than you'd think.
Outside of work hours, he built and released Swellrunner, a surfing platformer for Android, available on Google Play.
Justin is a husband and a father of five.
